Session Information

The Session

Every session includes a pre-session consultation. During this time we will discuss what you want to achieve from the session, the location of your session, and what to wear. This is the time to bring up any concerns that you may have.

Sessions typically last from one to three hours depending on the type of session. This allows for breaks, feedings, and changes, especially with newborns. Sessions are currently held on the weekends only. Sessions are booked early in the morning or before sunset. This time of day provides beautiful lighting for your session.

Where will the session be?

I am an on location, natural light photographer. However, I will accomodate for various lighting situations. Posed images with large umbrellas and flashes are not my style. Real life does not happen in a studio! Being an on location photographer means I go where you want me to go! Your home, the neighborhood park, the great spot around the corner are all possibilities. San Antonio has several amazing locations to have your session. If you see an image on the blog that you love feel free to ask me about the location and setting.
